How is his life different from yours?
His life is a lot more different than mine. First of all, he is not allowed to eat meat (mostly), he cannot go to parties, he can not drink alcohol, he is not permitted to be with girls rather than his relatives, etc. I am allowed to do all those kinds of things, and it is unfair that he is not.
Which custom caught your attention?
They can not be with girls except the ones that are family.
How does his religion affect his way of acting?
The Koran is the main book of the Islamic religion, and they have to do everything according to what it says. He can not adapt completely to that society because he acts differently than the other guy, and the main reason has to do with religion.

I engage to rituals at home almost every day. In our rituals we do things such as recite scriptures or repeat mantras.

I spend most of the time with hindus, and I have seen people from other religions, but I never get to talk to them.
Do boys and girls hang out socially? Do you go to parties?
I do not hang out with other people except for my relatives. I am not allowed to go to parties because I must stay home.
How many people live in your house? How do you interact?
I live with my brother and my parents.
Who goes to school in your family?
Only my brother attends to school, I stay with my mom at home doing things in the house.
How do you dress?
In Pakistan, we are still very traditional overall because women can be seen wearing Shalwar Qameez, while donning a Chador on their heads. Men traditionally wear white or blue clothes and turbans or a traditional Sindhi cap on their heads.
Which ones are your daily chores?
I perform some daily chores such as worshiping at the dawn after bathing, recitation from religious scripts, singing devotional hymns, meditation, chanting mantras, reciting scriptures, etc.

Sindhis سنڌي are a Sindhi speaking socio-ethnic group of people originating from Sindh, now a province of Pakistan. Sindhis living in Pakistan are predominantly Musli but there is a significant number of Hindus Sindhis, like me, and a small minority of Christians. Most Hindu Sindhis migrated to India in 1948, following creation of the Islamic state of Pakistan in 1947. These Hindu Sindhis are presently a small but visible minority in India. There are also small populations of Sindhis in Singapore, Hong Kong, Indonesia,Nigeria, Europe and the Americas.
Where are your relatives from?
Most of my relatives are from Pakistan, and the rest from India.

I do not hang out with people of other ethnicities.
Do you have to marry someone of your same ethnicity?
Yes, my parents would not let me marry someone that does not belong to the Sindhis.

Hinduism has many festivals throughout the year. The Hindu calendar usually prescribe their dates. The festivals typically celebrate events from Hindu mythology, often coinciding with seasonal changes. There are festivals which are primarily celebrated by specific sects or in certain regions of the Indian subcontinent. Some widely observed Hindu festivals are Maha Shivaratri, Holi, Ram Navami, Krishna Janmastami,Ganesh Chaturthi, Dussera, Durga Puja and Diwali.
